St. Patrick's, São Paulo PARTY 2014

This year St. Patrick's Day falls on a Monday, and since the year in Brazil starts only after Carnival and also this year the Carnival week winds down only a week before St. Patrick's and in São Paulo most people will have to work on Monday March 17th, so those who are in abstinence will have the opportunity to revive their spirits for this special date.
So the great feast of St. Patrick's in São Paulo will be on the eve of St. Patrick's day on Sunday 16th of March with 3 fantastic bands lined up.

Like the astounding event of last year it will be held at the Na Mata Café, Protected content
located on Rua Na Mata 70, in Itaim Bibi, São Paulo.

This year you can't miss the greatest and grandest St. Patricks day party which will happen in São Paulo with two of the best Celt Folk music bands in the country at an excellent venue known for its great Rock shows.

We have to highlight the night:

TERRA CELTA Protected content a Brazilian Celt folk rock band, founded and formed in Londrina - PR in Protected content . The band plays Irish and Celtic music with lyrics in Portuguese (originally in English), generally humorous and donning the stage dressed in character, ie with typical Celtic costumes .

Terra Celta mixes melodies of traditional Irish and Scottish Celtic music, Rock 'n ' Roll, Folk, MPB, baião, viola among other styles, with a good dose of humor, fun presentations and satirical lyrics. Using addition to drums, guitar and bass, the band also features fiddle, harmonica, accordion, clarinet, banjo to generate a different and innovative sound.

PERDIDOS DA AUGUSTA (Lost Boys of Augusta Protected content -
The unusual name of the group - besides being a reference to the late Midnight Cowboy program - is no accident: the infamous and bohemian Augusta Street has been the stage for each of the five professional musicians, as well as where they met each other.
Lead by Rafa Godoi who has contributed a presence on the stage with Os Mutantes and Rita Lee before forming this band.
With a musical formation that lines out two guitarists, bass, accordion, ukulele, mandolin, trumpet and keyboards, the band also highlights their vocal arrangements, singing tunes from The Beatles, Elvis, Johnny Cash, Van Morrison, Eric Clapton, Thin Lizzy among other big names. Without any hesitations, the five lost boys lash out, song after song, in a flaming presentation. The result can only be filled with an explosive mixture of guitar riffs, acclaimed solos, danceable rhythm and perfect vocal harmonization. This is the mark that the Perdidos da Augusta want to leave our after this party in Na Mata Café.

The start time of the event will be at 5pm,
Opening with Perdidos da Augusta at about 6pm, The Leprechaun about 8pm and Terra Celta at about 10pm
There will be Guinness and Jameson Irish Whiskey to drink at promotional prices.
