strong movers (São Paulo)

Hi all,

We've purchased a large mattress from Sleep House and now, after selling us a non-refundable bed, they are claiming that they won't take it up to our 15th floor apartment. It won't fit in the elevator, so it seems like paying a crew of strong guys to muscle it up is the only way.

Does anyone have a phone number for guys who do this sort of thing? Really appreciate quick ideas, as we've now moved in and have no bed!
