Swimming Lessons & Portuguese Classes (São Paulo)

Hi everyone, I recently moved from México City to Sao Paulo and i'm looking for a sport club, gym or academia fitted with a semi-olympic pool. Also i'm thinking on taking some portuguese lessons in small groups of students, so I would like to know if you know some places around my neighborhood "Ipiranga" where I can practice swimming and take portuguese classes. If you guys can give me any advice related to the topics would be very very appreciated.
