Pregnant in Sarajevo?

Although I am originally from Bosnia, I have been living outside the country most of my life. I have recently returned and now wonder if anyone has any experience or tips regarding being pregnant here, the birth, and especially if you have had a RH negative pregnancy, I would love to hear if it is possible to get a mercury free rhogam somewhere? Aaah so many questions, I'd appreciate any help.. Thanx
