South African relocating to BiH (Sarajevo)

Hi, I visited BiH this year and completely fell in love. I'm hoping to moved to Sanski Most in Protected content a six month volunteer program. There are no BiH consular representatives in South Africa, so I'm having trouble figuring out how to apply for a long-term visa. (When I visited BiH, I used my Shengen visa and stayed for 14 days).

I've e-mailed and called numerous consulates in other countries, but not really making any progress.

Any South Africans out there with advice on applying for a long-term/temporary residency visa?
