Best Bars in Seattle for Chilling

I am in downtown Seattle from Sat Mar 13 to Sat Mar 20 on a conference.

I noticed you don't have an internations event planned this week, so just wondering where the best bars are for chatting to locals and relaxing - probably free from 19h most nights. Note I am already married so it really is just for chatting and meeting people who live here. Not sure if my profile can be accessed generally but I have travelled quite a lot and lived in a few places (Helsinki, Singapore, UK, Venice, Nice, Grenoble, Paris)...

Also into running (but not very fast :-)), so any good running tracks welcomed, although I will be checking out the local tracks on mapmyrun.
