Cost of living? (Seattle)

Hi all, I'm just wondering what annual income a family of Protected content & 2 kids) would need to live comfortably, in a good neighbourhood) in Seattle?

We would be renting a property Protected content and would need to be somewhere near good primary schools (for a 4/almost 5yr old - is that called reception yr there?).
