Duty on shipped personal belongings (Seoul)

I'm planning to mail some personal belongings to Korea to arrive the same time I'm arriving or a few days earlier. Would I have to pay duties on them? I will have a "tourist" status in the beginning. Will that change the situation? Is there something I need to know, watch for?
