Fitness & yoga in English, tips please! (Seoul)

Hello, I'm looking for fitness classes and yoga in English here in Seoul. The best would be a gym which has a larger offer of classes and times, but any tips are useful. I live in Insadong so either around there or somwhere on line 1 south bound would be great, I'm getting picky I know;)
