How to quit Korean contracts (Seoul)

Dear all,
I'm feed up with life in Korea after getting lied and cheated all the time. I want to get out of Korea, but
landlord insists for his 2 years contract
LG telecom says contract is signed (even just checked boxed in a tablet and never got a piece of paper) for 3 years
National Pension Fund says no refund...
etc.
It seems like you only can leave Korea the same way I came ...with big losses.
Is there really no consumer protection law. Even if I buy things in Yongsan. The store owner just pretend they don't understand a work and take back nothing.
