Need legal advice in English for consumer complain (Seoul)
I have currently bought some goods from an online website called 11 street.
Upon paying 100,000 krw for a pants suit, it was very poor quality and they did not come to collect the goods to be returned for refund till the night before I was to leave Korea. The next day, I received a message that the seller will not refund the goods based on a stain on the jacket and the pants, a missing inner blouse and the clothes were all crumpled up.
I refused to accept these reasons as they were just taken out from the plastic and saw what bad quality it was in and instantly put back in the bag to be collected by the courier company. I had to call 11 st daily for the m to arrange the courier company to come to collect.
The two customer relations in 11 st were unhelpful.
Please advice if there is a consumer complaints bereau I can complain and get my money back.
