We are organizing a study tour from the Netherlands to South-Korea in April Protected content . The 30 participants of this tour are selected students from Utrecht University enrolled in the Science and Innovation Management program.
My task this year is to arrange the study program including company visits. However, approaching the firms and institutions and communicating with them is more difficult than we anticipated. We first tried emailing them but now we are calling every firm we have on our list.
My question is: Does anybody has some tips/tricks about how to get in contact with specific people inside Korean firms that have permission to arrange these kinds of visits? Or even better, does anybody has any direct connections with some innovative firms that we could contact?
Many thanks in advance!
