Ukrainian Embassy Contacts (Seoul)

Guys! need to reach Ukrainian Embassy in Seoul, as have to change (renew) my passport. Their phone numbers on the web are not reachable.
E-mails are not answered.
Does anyone has any experience dealing with them?
How is it possible to contact them without visiting their office. My workload is so much, that I would prefer to get an appointment first before actually going to the Embassy.
Any leads are appreciated!
