Any expat parents in Seoul care to give their thoughts on bringing up an infant in the city? What are the medical services like? What's the standard of childcare and what does it cost for half/full days? Is shopping for baby stuff ridiculously expensive and is there much choice? Are there many parent & toddler groups in the city?
