Sales Assistants - Glamping Hub (Seville)

Hey guys,

Glamping Hub is looking for SALES ASSISTANTS (part and full time). Tasks and responsibilities will be the following:

• Cold calling potential customers to search for new business
• Responding to incoming email and phone inquiries
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
• Has and maintains a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
• Following up with clients (customer’s inquiries, doubts, and complaints regarding the sign-up procedure)
• Practicing good time management and organization, splitting time between maintaining existing accounts and finding new ones
• Negotiating the terms of an agreement and closing sign-ups
• Gaining clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements
• Gathering market and customer information
• Attending team meetings in order to get a clear insight of the performance and establishing best practices
• Coordinating with other departments (marketing, support, IT)
