Seville Tapas Week

I got quite excited when I was sent a link to this annual culinary event, not least because it is during my birthday week. However, by the time I got it translated, between my laptop hanging and the user unfriendly event website, plus no internet for 24 hrs) I fear this event is almost over! Birthday has arrived and still not got anywhere - it is not in this month's tourist book or anywhere else I can see - I know it wasn't a figment of my vivid imagination! If anyone can shed light or have any useful insighrs I'd be grateful; maybe I could get ready for next year's event!
