Vietnamese food experience (Seville)

Do you like World Cuisine? Would you like to learn how to prepare new recipes and then follow that with a nice dinner?

In this workshop/Dinner we will look at typical ingredients, learn how to prepare the plates and then enjoy a nice dinner. In a fun way we will learn, step by step, the secrets of four plates and discover the true flavours of these dishes prepared using all true ingredients.

ABOUT ANNETTE

Annette was born into a family with Arabic, Greek and Italian roots. She grew up in Kuwait, a country with a strong cultural presence of Indian food and culture due to a large population of this country. After that, Annette moved with her family to Canada where she lived until October Protected content she came to Seville.

Her love of food and gastronomy stems from her mother, a demanding cook and her father who has love of all kinds of food. Her mother's passion is cooking and thanks to her Greek and Arabic roots was able over the years to develop her own flavours and fusion recipes of these two cultures.

In Canada, a land of many immigrants and immigrant communities, Annette has been able to enjoy international food. Over the last 20 years Calgary, where Annette lived, has become a city where one can find all ingredients necessary to create and prepare food of world class level. This has been possible due a large proliferation of International markets and specialty stores. Annette's experience and knowledge of World food has been accentuated by her travels to such countries as: Mexico (where she lived for a few months), France, Italy, Portugal, Greece, China and Thailand where she fell in love with Thai food
