Advice on housing complexes please (Shanghai)

Hi everyone My husband and I are relocating to Shanghai (middle aged, no kids)and are currently looking to rent an appartment. We like the look of Yanlord Riverside Gardens in Changning, Crystal Pavillions in Jing'An and Lakeside Regency near Xintiandi. Can anyone let us know of any pros or cons of any of these complexes.
