Blogger? Milk? (Shanghai)

Hello all. New here. My husband is considering taking a job in China. He lived in Taiwan for years (before we met) and speaks Mandarin. He has traveled to China Protected content on business, but it has been years so he is unsure of the answers to my questions.
#1: I own an online business and I use blogger as part of that business. The domain is Protected content which is hosted elsewhere (not blogger), but I do use the blogger platform. Will I be able to Protected content to this blog and Protected content this blog? Would I be better off switching to another platform?
#2: Is there any possible way to get fresh pasteurized milk?
