Car + driver (Shanghai)

Hi

I am looking for a car + driver for my family based on the following conditions:
- 7 seater car (Tourans are ok)
- Living in Pudong (near Kangqiao) – working in Puxi near Jingan
o Daily drive me to work, then be available for my wife, then pick me up
- Working Monday to Fridays from Protected content
o Flexibility to maybe Protected content per week in exchange for long vacations (yearly at least 6 weeks of vacation + national holidays).
- Some basic English is preferred

Would love any input on where to find good car and driver for good value.
