Tasks: • Assist account manager in preparing all necessary paper works including but not limited to visiting schedule, house hunting proposal, draft out required routine reports, fill in all administrative forms necessary, etc. • Processing follow-up service requests from customers such as accompany shopping furniture, settling services, compile clients comments and feedback and escalate to as necessary;
Requirements: • Chainese, Mandarin : Native level. • Good oral and written English language skills. • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel,, etc. • Work in an integrated team with a service-minded attitude. • Self-driven individual with a positive attitude, willing to work rotating shifts and work under pressure. • Strong communication skills, initiative and motivation, honesty and faithful.
