Chinese Export Customs Rules (Shanghai)

HI guys

Would you know a link where I can check in english the export rules for Chinese customs?

I have a situation in which I have to dispatch equipments partialy and my colleagues keep saying it's impossible.

I would be something similar to dispatch a bike frame in one container with 1 invoice and 1 B/L and all the rest in another container with another invoice and B/L, however in a bigger scale.

I imagine that export taxes should increase a bit and it's expected, but would it be "impossible" or illegal according to Chinese Customs?

If you have any indication for a website I can check this kind of information it will be very helpful.
