Chinese language tutor for German students (Shanghai)

Hello!
I know the question for recommanded Mandarin tutors came up from time to time but I didn't find too many recent posts.
Coming to China I want to improve my Chinese. I've been learning Chinese for 1.5 years (just as an additional class)and I'd like to learn it properly now, including the grammar part.
As there are many Germans around: Does anyone have a recommendation for a school or private teacher who might have experience with teaching Germans?
Any teacher you found especially helpful?
