Cooking and Cleaning Hired Help - Price$? (Shanghai)

Hi. I am looking for some advice. I freely admit that over the last few years abroad I have become very lazy when it comes to cooking and cleaning. I really like to get help on a Saturday while i am out and about, or on a Sunday. I am new to Shanghai. I am wondering what someone charges to do some basic cleaning, some laundry, shop for groceries and pre-cook/make 5 dinners for the upcoming week (trying to eat healthier this year). This can be once a week for a day or twice a week for a half day. Any advice on what I should be planning in my budget to have this sort of service in Shanghai? Your advice is certainly appreciated. If you can point me in the direction of a reputable service, even better. Cheers.
