Cool event space in Jing'an? (Shanghai)

Hey all,

I'm looking for a space for a monthly Ted Talk style event for creative professionals. Looking for something that can seat about Protected content and is equipped with projectors, sound equipment and catering (if possible).

A large photo studio might work. Or a loft space in an old factory. I know there's options out there, but I'm so new to this city that I can't seem to find them!

I'm looking into Dutch Design Workshop—and I've heard M50 is good but is a bit too far from Jing'an than I'd like.
