As part of my Doctorate in Business Administration program at Bellevue University, I am researching expatriates and their spouses/partners to discover and understand the factors that increase spousal adjustment overseas within the country of China. This research will help determine how those adjustment factors play a role in expatriate success. Your participation is strictly voluntary and much appreciated.
