Dogs in Shanghai

My partner and I will be moving to Shanghai in March Protected content . We have two small dogs who will be coming with us from America, and we will be living in French Concession. We just had our information trip last week and really love Shanghai. However, we noticed there are not doggie day cares in the city. We have a very energetic dog who loves to play with other dogs. Are there doggie day cares of which we are not aware? If not, are there doggie play groups with other expats in similar circumstances? Thank you in advance.
