1- Director of the China Market

• National of the P.R.C.
• Well-developed organization and time management skills
• Strong personality with persuasive negotiation skills and verbal abilities
• Good Verbal and Written English communication skills in addition to Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Good and in-depth knowledge about yarn spinning, fabric weaving and knitting industry in China
• Lead the sales team in different provinces to reach their sales targets in addition to ensuring the general China market sales target set by the headquarters is reached and exceeded on monthly basis
• Ability to create dialogue with multiple levels of people; from high-profile managers to industrial textile workers at the plants
• Ability to create dialogue with existing / new clients, bring business inquiries on a daily basis, finalize sales contracts
• Monitor staff motivation levels and cultural climate of the department, to support and maintain high levels of employee engagement
• Develop and maintain performance standards and operational processes to meet customer expectations and business needs
• Ability to manage and handle problematic clients, settle issues in a result-oriented, solution-oriented manner
• Handle and settle any commercial dispute on behalf and benefit of the INTER S.A.
• Able to travel domestically and internationally
• Active and safe driving skills

2- Shanghai HQ Office Affairs Administrator / Manager

• Excellent, native-level Mandarin + English communication skills (speaking, writing, listening)
• Preferably residing close or within a manageable proximity to the Pilot FTZ in Pudong district (Swiss Center in FTZ provides shuttle service from the nearest station on Line 12, which is the Shenjiang Road Station)
• Disciplined, punctual, outgoing, organized, loyal personality with marketing / sales spirit
• Ability / Skills to create dialogue and communicate with people from various backgrounds; from high-level managers to industrial workers at production plants
• With sufficient knowledge / background on import export, logistic operations to handle / present commercial cases from a logistic standpoint
• Organizing, handling the communication between European HQ and China HQ / Clients in China / China Sales Team
• Executing a vertical management system by gathering daily reports, order information from colleagues and reporting these to the European HQ, vice-versa
• Keeping the Shanghai office sample stock information up-to-date, communicating with European HQ for sample requests, following up the results and reporting
• Handling the daily phone traffic, going thru main office emails, communicating with clients on a daily basis
• When necessary, organizing business visit plans for the sales directors and the sales team
• When necessary, assisting INTER S.A. for recruitment processes, finding potential sales agents/ distributors in and outside of P.R.C.
• Organizing trade fair participations, handling the details and requests
• When necessary, availability for domestic and international travel
3- Sales and Marketing Manager for Provinces

4- Non-China Markets Sales Representative

• Great Verbal and Written English communication skills
• Strong personality with persuasive negotiation skills and verbal abilities
• Textile background in yarn and fabric manufacturing will be a major plus
• Ability to create dialogue with existing / new customers, bring inquiries, finalizing contracts
• Willing to travel outside of China (i.e. Korea, Japan, VietNam etc.) regularly to develop business and finalize sales contracts with potential and present customers
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and high levels of customer satisfaction
• A structured, analytical approach to problem solving
• Ability to cope with high levels of pressure, work to tight deadlines
• Develop and implement sales strategies to ensure all sales targets are achieved

5- Purchasing and Technical Asssitant

• Good verbal and written English skills in addition to Mandarin and/or Cantonese
• Strong personality with excellent and oral / written persuasive negotiation skills
• General knowledge / education about Textile Raw Materials (i.e. Fibers, Tops, Yarns, Fabrics) and Textile Machinery (i.e. Fiber production lines, Spinning lines, Knitting / Weaving lines, Dyeing / Finishing, Nonwoven lines etc. )
• Ability to create dialogue with multiple levels of people; from high-profile managers to industrial textile workers at the plants
• Ability and talent to creatively search, communicate with and visit potential textile suppliers for INTER’s sourcing operations
• Handle and settle any commercial dispute on behalf and benefit of the INTER S.A.
• Commercial loyalty and dedication to INTER S.A. at any moment / situation
• Ability to work under pressure and handle stressful situations / business cases
• Availability for domestic and international travel
