Finding others to travel to festival in Guizhou (Shanghai)

Hey, I've just moved to Shanghai, but next month I want to go to Guizhou to experience the Miao New Year festival. I've found one outfit which organises trips to Guizhou, and they have a trip planned Protected content , but they say they need a few more confirmed bookings to run the trip.
So, any ideas where I can get others who might be interested? Or are you interested?
Drop me an email.
