Food Lover's Club (Wine, Dine, & Meet new friends) (Shanghai)

I am new to Shanghai, I've been here only 3 months, and I have traveled more than half of that time, so I still do not know too many people. I am sure there are many people like me in Shanghai too. So I was thinking about the best way to meet more friends, and at the same time, discover more awesome restaurants in Shanghai, since there are so many around.

I am proposing to set up a club where there is a monthly get together at different restaurants, where people can wine and dine, and meet some new friends.

Anyone interested? Any ideas on good restaurants to hold the event? I know some good restaurants, but I am always interested in finding more, as the good ones are always the hardest to find.
