GGI is a small M&A firm with a global reach. Based in California with a sister company in Europe and associates in all four corners of the world we identify and negotiate with target companies for our buy-side clients while we find and negotiate with potential buyers for our sell-side clients.

Given a relative small number of associates we focus on a well-defined number of industries and products including:
