•Educate high school students to enhance their academic potential and strength by creatively utilizing EBF elite curriculum and working efficiently with EBF US experts
•Educate students on appropriate interviewing techniques, self-assessment tools, and application essay writing techniques
•Work effectively one-on-one with students and be able to address concerns they will have during the college application process
•Design and teach reading and writing sessions with appropriate assignments
•Lead group sessions and provide written/verbal feedback
•Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited college/university in the US, UK, or Canada
•Fluent to native English level proficiency
•Strong work ethics; be punctual, reliable, accurate, and open-minded
•Effective communication skills (oral and written)
•Problem-solving mindset and time management skills
•Ability to both work independently and collaborate with a team
•Willing to work some evenings and weekends
•Chinese language ability
•A passion for reading and writing, as well as educating ESL students regarding associated abilities
•A passion for inspiring and challenging ESL students to think deeper
•Experience in higher education, preferably in academic advising and/or other relevant experience in areas such as educational planning, academic success, or counseling.
