Good Orthopedics Doctor (Shanghai)

Hi Friends,
I am looking for a good orthopedics surgeon. I have done my MRI and mostly looks like ACL Injury in the knee. I have been to Shanghai Ruidong, Shanghai Dongfang Hospital but the experience is not satisfying.
As told by doctor that MRI is the last stage for them to decide if surgery can be performed but I was subjected to 3 weeks immobilization suggestion which is not possible for me.
I heard Huashan Hospital or Rui Jin Hospital are good. Any private hospitals are also welcome.
