Hi all,
I've just moved to Shanghai and am looking for a hairdresser - one who is familiar with blonde hair! I would like to have some highlights but unlike when I was living in Vietnam - I DON'T want my hair to turn yellow :) Any recommendations of good hairdressers would be muchly appreciated!
