Hey, Shanghai Runners!

Hey! We're starting a new HeyRunning Camp in Shanghai on Sunday 26th October lasting for 6 weeks leading up to the SH 10K, Half or Full Marathon! You don't have to be entered into either of these races to join - it's for everybody regardless of running experience or skill level!
