How to transfer money from China to Indian account (Shanghai)

Hi Folks,
I have recently moved to Shanghai.
I am about to open a salary account here in Shanghai. But I am not sure how exactly can i transfer my savings to India?
Help me out..which Chinese bank is most preferable and the account type..?
