Indonesian Consulate in Shanghai

Hi Guys

I'm going to Bali by the end of this month and I got some controversional information in different websites, some telling that I could get visa on arrival under a certain fee, and other telling I should get visa in advance.

I'm looking for the Indonesian consulate in Shanghai, but I couldn't find an address or a website.

Anyone could help?
