lenovo laptop (Shanghai)

Need help- I want to buy customize laptop frm Lenovo. As far as I know Lenovo original is frm China, but they have only in Beijing official shop. I am living in Shanghai.
I saw some laptops in several electronic markets but somehow they look old or fake.Its quite difficult to find staff who is able to speak good english and provide right service. So now what? do I really need to fly to HK or Europe for to buy what I want? thx u
