Looking for 1,5 month rent nice apartment (Shanghai)

Hi Guys,
2 friends of mine they are going to be in Shanghai for one month and half (half November to the end of December). I have been looking for apart hotel, service apartments but they look awful... dark and dirty. The budget is around Protected content and initially the area will be Jing'An Temple or French concession 2BR flat. I reeeeally appreciate any suggestion for apartment nice and modern style apartment in these areas. Thanks so much in advance. Paola.
