Looking for a doctor for hand joint pain (Shanghai)

I have a lot of pain in the joint in my baby finger - neurological related for sure. Much testing was already done in Malaysia- no specific findings.
Problem has gotten worse since coming to China and I need to get help. Does anyone know of a doctor who might specialize in joint/neurological pain??
