Looking for Chinese national from Shangai (Shanghai)

Dear All,

I need a Chinese national who knows Shangai very well for a program. The person is expected to give a Turkish couple briefing in English language about life in Shangai, all the necessary info that would be needed. The program will take place in Istanbul, Turkey. So if this person is based in Istanbul it is even better.
