Massage/Spa/Wellness (Shanghai)

Hey Everybody,

I was wondering if anyone knows of some good massage places or spas that are affordable but not dingy and gross. They are all over the place in Hong Kong, I just haven't really explored going to any in Shanghai before so wanted to see if there were any recommendations. I'll be staying out near Fudan University.

If anyone is interested in just relaxing or hanging out for dinner/lunch, whenever, let me know! I'll be in Shanghai starting February and love meeting new people.
