Medical Health Check for Z visa in Bangalore (Shanghai)

Hi,
My wife and I have to relocate from Bangalore to Shanghai for work and need to apply for Z visa. This would require us to get a Medical Health Check done from a Government hospital only. The report needs to have seal of Government of India and signed by a Government Doctor only.
Has someone got this test done from Bangalore? Any suggestions on where can I get these tests done in Bangalore?
