People in Harbin, China (Shanghai)

Hi,
I have moved to Harbin for work and don't know anyone and don't speak the language. I am hoping to meet people who are in this area, people who know of people in the area or chat with people about living in China. While I am here I want to travel around so would love to hear about where I should goand travel group's I could meet up with.

Also looking for new friend's as want to travel to Russia sometime and also next year I am thinking of going to Canada.
