Police Certificate Criminal Status Record - Egypt (Shanghai)

Hi Everyone - Hope someone can help with the above! May be someone who works at the Egyptian Consulate in Shanghai??

Currently living/working in China. I will be moving to Fiji at the end of this year and as was the chinese requirements to move here a police check is required prior to the issue of work permit/visa!! Prior to moving to China I was employed in Egypt(5 years) and on my departure was able to obtain the above. My problem is that my wife who was in Egypt with me did not need a police check to move to China.

Unfortunately, Fiji has requested the above for spouse also!! Could anyone advise how we can go about obtaining this paperwork in China?
