Property Marketing Manager Wanted (Shanghai)

Job Descriptions:

1. Join the process of formulating marketing strategy and responsibility of sales supporting plan for Shanghai high-end rental market.
2. Make Company’s sales plan according to our marketing strategy, cooperate with business department to develop high-end foreigners leasing market.
3. Assume the responsibilities of public relation, market directing, marketing activities and training course etc.
4. Do local survey of property leasing market, including Shanghai property market, namely villas,old house, service apartment etc.
5. According to the regular analysis on marketing environment, target in Shanghai local property market , to adjust marketing plan and strategy timely to make sure marketing target achievement.
6. Assist other department of company,including property resource department,Chinese local market department, BD department to achieve their plan.
7. In charge of negotiating and signing contract of significant project, conducting the marketing activities.

Job Requirements:

1. Age from 28 to 35 years old. Over 2 years working experiences in real estate and leasing industry.
2. Good command of both spoken and written French and English, native French speaker is preferred.
3. Possessing own customer resources and experience in marketing team building is preferred
4. French national is preferred.
