Question about creating a new group (Shanghai)

2 weeks ago I clicked the link on this website and want to create a charity group in Shanghai. I have more than 5 year experience on charity in China and I also created a NPO on Protected content the children in west of China.

But no one give me any feedback except an automatic reply to my email box.

Then I sent email to remind the administrator if I need to supply extra background information for my application. Still no one give me reply.

Then I submited my question on Online form (contact us). No reply.

Who can help me on this? Normally how long I can receive reply if I can create the group?

BTW, I've already paid my membership last month.
