Receiving Mail (Shanghai)

Hi All!!

I have had two friends send me mail from Australia and it's never arrived. They sent it around Protected content ago now.

Has anyone else had issues receiving mail from their friends back in the motherland.

Does anyone have any suggestions for me in regards to the best way to receive mail here in Shanghai from Australia?
