Sales / Office / Director assistant (Shanghai)

Job Description:
1. Assisting Sales Director with day to day management and translation
2. Handling orders with customers, including paperwork , relationship maintenance. Etc.
3. Handling the process between Beijing and shanghai office
4. Daily report to Sales Director.
5. Assist to sales Managers with sales process
6. Keep the office running, take charge in all the office affairs

Requirements:
1 Chinese national with FLUENT oral and written English
2 Excellent communication skills and willing to work under pressure;
3 Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and self disciplined;
4 Good computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.);
5 Self-motivated and ’can do’ attitude;
6 Strong organization and coordination skills
7 With Protected content work experiences
8 Polite, friendly, professional, initative
