sewing (Shanghai)

I would love to go to the fabric market, choose fabric and have a duvet cover, shams and throw pillows made. Has anyone done such? Otherwise could you suggest a place I can shop for such items. Care for wasn't too hot and whaat I see on the IKEA website is not what I am looking for,

Also, does anyone know of a place to purchase craft materials such as spray paint, beads, glue, ribbon, etc?

I live in the Puxi area.
